Over the course of 11 years, I’ve collected knowledge and cultivated ideals of how to integrate long lasting habits into my own lifestyle that helped me achieve my IFBB Pro card after competing in 10 bodybuilding competitions.
I take pride in building each of my clients programs from the ground up, taking what I learn from our initial call, and the information provided, to create the perfect foundation in which to begin our journey together.
Our time together will leave no stone unturned. You might not be my only client, but I being your only coach will prioritise you as an individual, respect your time and honour my own expectations of quick and accurate responses. I’m here to eliminate stress, decision making and life's challenges, therefore I will be there every step of the way.

I began coaching with Brandon after feeling dissatisfied with previous personal trainers who couldn't meet my needs.
